Since September 1st Sentera went into cooperation with the Belgian company Remaco Electronics in Dendermonde.
Remaco Electronics is specialised in electronics assemblies and PCB component placement. The company has a yearly turnover of about 600.000 EUR.
The acquisition is a part of Sentera’s international business expansion strategy in the HVAC market and a response to an existing customer demand. Sentera, with main office in Temse-Belgium, sales offices in England, Germany and Lithuania and a production facility in Bulgaria employs a staff of 100. Sentera stands for controllers for fans and ventilation systems, transformers, plastics injection and injection moulding. And now also for electric and electronic assemblies.
In the next months Sentera will integrate the sales and production division of Remaco Electronics into its group and further develop its activities.
