TE2S

digital electronic fan speed controller temperature/time

These automatic speed controllers are fully digital and control the rotational speed of single phase (230 Vac/50 Hz) voltage controllable motors according to temperature. TE2S controllers can be used in ventilation and in heating applications and provide a great number of user adjustable options. All data is visualized on a liquid-crystal display (LCD), presented by user friendly and intuitive multilingual menus. The parameters can be set through four-button keypad (supplied with a lock function). There are user and installer priorities set by passwords. The standard temperature range is from -25 to 65 °C.

TE2S controllers provide auto and manual operation modes, possibility for calibration and input adjusting, additional remote control input (heat/cool - day/night switching), kickstart with programmable time duration, min and max speed limitations, off level with adjustable hysteresis, digital readout, TK protection, internal real-time clock with two level switching (day/night, day/week programmable), outputs for valve (230 Vac), slave/power units (0-10V/ 0-20mA) and an RS485 interface.

  • Auto mode COOL: in function of temperature; speed increases when temperature rise / HEAT: in function of temperature; speed decreases when temperature rise
  • Manual mode speed rises/decreases on user demand untill the next switching point set by the clock
  • Adjustable settings min safety speed, min speed, max speed, off level, 2 set points, hysteresis, proportional range, kickstart, calibration parameters, mode change , TK delayed detection, time to maximum speed
  • Input for remote control remote heat/cool switching, remote on/off switching, max. ventilation
  • Motor protection by connecting thermal (overheating) contacts of the motor, option for delayed detection
  • Analog output selectable between proportional and digital (for alarm function on TK input)
