The electronic speed controllers of the DRT series control the speed of single phase (230 Vac - 50 Hz) voltage controllable motors by varying the supplied voltage through phase angle control. These controllers are modules designed to be built in on DIN-rail in control panels or switchboards. To power on, an external switch on the power supply is needed, a control potentiometer (470 kOhm, not included) can be easily connected on terminal blocks. A supplementary terminal block is foreseen to branch off 230 Vac not controlled for 3-wire motor connection, a telltale or to control a valve or damper.
There are two working modes:. ‘Hard’ start: orNormal start.
